We would like to warmly welcome you and your old-timer aircraft. If you intend to visit on one or both days, please register in advance. Below you will find some practical information.

ARRIVAL

Upon your arrival, you are requested to report to our navigation office where you can register and receive your participants badges together with all necessary information.

Crews who registered for BBQ, lunch and/or hotel also receive the necessary documents here.



GUIDELINES

Smoking is prohibited on the entire site.

Pets are not allowed. Guide dogs excepted.

Please do not bring large bags.

Visitors may be subject to a body search.

Sensitive ears? Bring hearing protection.



ACCOMODATION

A 'shuttle service' is provided to drop off or pick up pilots and crews from the hotel.
